The Atomic Kitten star, 40, who is currently expecting her fifth child, joked she had discovered it 'a long time ago' as she attended the chaotic women's weekend, that was organised by Lauren Simon. 
During Monday's episode of the ITVBe show, the singer opened up about her sex life as they were joined by relationship guru Louise Van Der Velde. 
Louise, known as the Pleasure Professor, gave the stars tips on how to have more fun in the bedroom before revealing they would be trying out their techniques on each other. 
The cast were all excited to be on the retreat after the expert previously advised Lauren on how to find her dream man after her divorce five years ago.

The family looked thrilled and had a group hug after the cannons revealed an abundance of pink confetti.

Sharing the news to her 131,000 followers, she penned: '7 years of loving you❤️ 17 months of marriage.
